poor hygiene cracked door

The breakfast buffet was not what i expected. More like a crowded cafeteria i think. hygiene was not great, i must say. our bungalow was old, with a cracked door. The walls didn't meet properly. This meant heat and mosquitoes. such a shame. The staff did not seem to understand english well. Other than one lady at reception though.
